As a passionate movement instructor, Lara is recognized for her clear instruction, keen eye for individual assessment, and analytical approach to technique. She works one-on-one with clients of all ages to maximize their mobility and strength goals, as well as leading weekly group classes via Zoom. Lara has taught group classes at Body & Pole since 2013, and travels frequently to teach workshops across the globe. Lara is also a master trainer with the ElevatED Pole and Flexibility teacher training program.

Lara was an active national and international pole competitor from 2012 to 2018, winning accolades with the Asia Pole Championship, as well as capturing the title of 2017 United States Pole Dance Federation National Champion.
Lara is available for travel as an instructor, performer, and judge. She is also a brand ambassador for the fashion-forward athletic wear, MilaKrasna.

“I recently took a private lesson with Lara in NYC. I was struggling with my handspring after trying to get this move for over 2 years. I was hoping to get a bit of advice on how I could improve my attempts. My biggest fear going in was that she would tell me I just wasn't strong enough to be attempting it yet. Within minutes of starting the lesson, Lara made it very obvious that she was there to encourage and assist me. Every tip she gave me got me closer and closer to my goal. Everything she said was clear and understandable, and I was able to translate it to my movement.
